Start with the
problem.
Tell Scout what feels unclear, inefficient, or hard to manage. A finished scope can come later.
Start with the problem
A Scout project inquiry is a short note about the digital problem your behavioral health practice needs help solving. It can be about a website, application, intake path, marketing copy, AI workflow, SEO, or AI-search visibility.
You do not need a finished scope before you reach out. Tell Scout what feels unclear, inefficient, outdated, hard to manage, or difficult for people to understand.
What to include
Solo practice, group practice, behavioral health organization, specialty clinic, or adjacent setting.
What is not working on the website, inside the inquiry path, in the workflow, or in the marketing copy.
Website, application, marketing, AI workflow, SEO, AI-search, intake path audit, or not sure yet.
A current website, draft copy, forms, analytics, workflow notes, or platform preferences if you have them.
A launch date, budget range, internal approval process, or other constraint that matters.
What not to send
Please do not include client names, diagnoses, appointment notes, screenshots with identifying information, urgent clinical information, or other protected health information.
A general description is enough. For example: Our referral form creates confusion for new inquiries is useful. A specific client story is not needed.
What happens next
Scout reviews the note for fit. If the project seems aligned, the next step is a fit call focused on scope, deliverables, timing, and what information is needed to plan responsibly.
Not every problem needs a full build. Sometimes the best next step is a focused audit, a copy cleanup, a workflow map, or a smaller project than you expected.
Send a project note
Use this form to draft a project note. Submitting opens your email app. A general project description is enough. Do not include protected health information.
Ready to send the project note?
Use a short message. If Scout can help, we will schedule a fit call and talk through the next step. If it is not a fit, you will still get a clear answer.
