Project inquiries only
Scout Content Studio provides websites, applications, and marketing for behavioral health practices. Email and project notes are for general business inquiries only.
Please do not send client names, diagnoses, clinical details, appointment notes, screenshots with identifying information, or other protected health information by email or contact form.

Scout Content Studio collects only the information you choose to share when you contact us. If you send a project note through this website or by email, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email address, practice or organization name, the service area you are interested in, and your description of the problem you want help with. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information to start a conversation.

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, understand whether your project is a good fit, and plan next steps such as a fit call or a proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Contact form submissions
The project note form on the Work With Us page does not store submissions on this website. When you submit the form, it opens your own email application with the details you entered so you can review and send the message to us directly. Your message reaches us as an ordinary email, and we keep it only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a normal record of business correspondence.
